Kapyderm USA
Marlen Arita began her career as a cosmetologist at 18 years old — and spent the next 27 years inside the professional beauty industry. She saw firsthand, day after day, what conventional products could and could not do for clients suffering from hair loss, scalp conditions, and chronic skin problems. The limitations were not from lack of effort. They were structural — the products simply did not address the root causes.
In 2010 she discovered Kapyderm Laboratories and the clinical science of Dermotricology. It was the first system she had encountered in nearly three decades of professional practice that operated at the cellular level — diagnosing the condition before prescribing the protocol, not the other way around. In 2018 she founded Kapyderm USA, becoming the Exclusive U.S. Distributor of Kapyderm Laboratories, Spain.
Today, as CEO and Clinical Director, Marlen oversees all clinical protocols, professional training, and the certification of every Technician of Dermotricology in the U.S. network. Every protocol, every product recommendation, and every clinical article published under the Kapyderm USA name is reviewed by Marlen before it goes live. She is the clinical foundation of everything Kapyderm USA does — and the reason it exists.
Dennis Aguilar manages content, digital infrastructure, marketing, and the growth of the certified center network across the United States. He built the Kapyderm USA website, the professional content library, the partner recruitment system, and the clinical article series that certified Technicians of Dermotricology use as their ongoing reference resource. Dennis is the operational architect behind Kapyderm USA's U.S. expansion — and the first point of contact for professionals interested in joining the network.
