Turn Your Salon Into a Clinical Scalp Center.
$9,247 of clinical infrastructure — you pay $3,900.
Including a $1,200 Kapykon trichoscopy camera, free.
Scalp treatments are the fastest-growing service category in U.S. salons. Most salons have a shampoo. A handful have a clinical system. Only authorized Kapyderm Treatment Centers have both the equipment and the results to prove it.
Book Your Free Discovery Call ↓"The Kapykon changed how I consult entirely. When a client sees their own scalp in real time, the conversation is completely different. They understand why they need the protocol — I don't have to sell it."
Clients Are Already Looking.
The Question Is Whether They Find You.
The "skinification of hair" is no longer a trend — it's a consumer expectation. Clients who demand clinical ingredients and dermatology-grade science for their face now expect the same from their scalp. They are walking into salons and asking questions most practitioners cannot answer.
The salons that answer those questions clinically — with diagnostic equipment, documented protocols, and certified practitioners — are building a service line with no local competition. The salons that don't are watching that client leave for a head spa, a MedSpa, or a trichology studio.

Read that last number again. Clients are already buying scalp products in your chair — 3.4% of salon retail. But scalp services are still only 0.1% of what salons actually do. The demand is here. The service almost nobody is delivering. That gap is the opportunity, and it closes as more salons figure it out.
Every Other Scalp Brand Gives You Products.
Kapyderm Gives You a Complete Clinical System.
Here's what separates an authorized Kapyderm Treatment Center from every other scalp program in the professional beauty market right now.
A Camera That Recommends Shampoo Isn't a Clinical System
Nioxin and Tea Tree sell products with no imaging at all. Kérastase's K-Scan is a real camera — but it exists to recommend Kérastase products and back-bar services. It doesn't come with a treatment protocol, internal nutrition, microneedling, or a clinical credential. Kapykon isn't a product-recommendation engine. It's the diagnostic front end of a complete dermotricology protocol.
No Exclusivity
Nioxin is available at any beauty supply distributor without certification — anyone can carry it. K-Scan is available at any Kérastase salon, including the three others in your city. When every salon within 10 miles offers the same thing, it stops differentiating your practice. Kapyderm certified centers are geographically exclusive — your territory is yours.
No Internal Supplement System
Hair loss has an internal component that topical products cannot reach. No competitor combines an EU-regulated topical protocol with a matched internal nutritional supplement system. Kapyderm addresses the scalp from the outside in and the inside out simultaneously.
No Clinical Certification
juliArt has a training model but no European pharmaceutical-grade clinical history. Wella and Schwarzkopf have clean beauty lines but no dermotricology protocol. Kapyderm certification is backed by 35+ years of Kapyderm Laboratories clinical research — the only system of its kind in the U.S. market.
How Kapyderm Compares to
Every Other Professional Program
We've included Kérastase because they're the one major brand that does put a camera in salons. Here's what that camera comes with — and what it doesn't.

Sub-Distributor
Built for Treatment Centers already running strong clinical volume who want to extend their revenue by supplying other licensed professionals in their region at wholesale pricing. A distribution business built on top of the treatment center — this is how our most established partners have scaled beyond their own chair and built regional networks. Most centers reach this point within 12–18 months of launch.
What It Costs Everyone Else
to Enter This Market
Your clients are leaving for head spas and MedSpas. Here's what it would cost you to become one of those — versus turning the chair you already own into a clinical scalp center.
| Route into scalp/wellness | Entry cost | Ongoing royalty | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| MedSpa franchise | $400K – $1.5M+ | 6–8% of revenue, forever | Regulated healthcare business, medical director required |
| Independent MedSpa build | $150K – $500K | None | Equipment alone is 40–50% of cost. Cash-flow negative ~6 months |
| Head spa franchise license | From $10K + build-out | Varies by system | Relaxation ritual. Not a clinical service |
| Head spa, self-built | Basin, chair, build-out | None | No diagnosis, no protocol, no credential |
| Kapyderm Treatment Center | $3,900 one time | ✓ Zero royalties | ✓ Camera, protocol, certification, territory — in your existing chair |

And here's the part nobody says out loud about head spas
A head spa is a relaxation ritual — deep cleansing, steam, massage, a beautiful experience. It is explicitly not built to resolve a scalp condition, and the operators say so themselves. So when a woman with real thinning, real inflammation, or real hair loss books a head spa, she gets ninety minutes of bliss and walks out with the same scalp she came in with.
She is still looking. That client is not your competition's — she's unclaimed. No royalty, no build-out, no medical director. Just the chair you already have, and the one system that can actually answer her.
What the Revenue Model
Actually Looks Like
Based on what our active Treatment Centers are charging and the consultation conversion rates our certified practitioners are seeing.
The consultation dynamic that changes everything
When a client sits down and sees their own scalp live on the Kapykon screen — the follicular inflammation, the sebum congestion, the miniaturization — they stop being skeptical. They're not taking your word for it. They can see it. This single step changes the consultation close rate, the home-care purchase rate, and client retention. It's the difference between a product recommendation and a clinical finding.
Practitioners Who Built This
Into Their Business
These practitioners were exactly where you are. Here's what the first 12–18 months looked like — and the documented client results that came out of it.

Carole Mendoza
"Within 6 weeks, a client in her late 70s showed full crown restoration after stress-induced hair loss. That result — documented, photographed, real — became the foundation of how I present this system to every new client."
Kimra Ali
"The Kapykon changed how I consult entirely. When a client sees their own scalp in real time, the conversation is completely different. They understand why they need the protocol — I don't have to sell it."

Hairline Restoration
"Traction alopecia at the temporal hairline is one of the most common cases walking into a chair — and one almost nobody is equipped to actually address."
Lori Huckaby
"I came from a wellness background. What changed wasn't just revenue — it was the type of client I started attracting. People with real clinical needs who couldn't find anyone else who could actually address the condition."
Individual results vary. The images and statements above are documented client outcomes and first-person experiences of individual certified Kapyderm practitioners, shared with permission. They are not a guarantee of results for any client or practice. Kapyderm products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

It's Not Just a Product Package.
It's a Competitive Moat.
Every element of the Treatment Center Launch Program is designed to make you the only clinical scalp destination in your market — and keep you there.
Geographic Territory
When you become a certified center, your area is listed exclusively on our authorized center directory. Clients searching in your city find you — and only you.
Clinical Credibility
The Kapyderm certification is backed by 35+ years of European clinical dermotricology research. It's not a weekend course. It's a credential your competitors cannot replicate.
Referral Traffic
We actively direct clients looking for clinical scalp care to certified centers. As our digital presence grows, so does the referral flow to you — without additional ad spend on your part.
Ongoing Clinical Support
Direct access to Marlen Arita — Master in Dermotricology — for protocol questions, complex case guidance, and continuing education. You're never making clinical decisions alone.
Home-Care Retail Revenue
Every in-center client becomes a home-care product client. The customized home treatment system — matched to their scalp type and condition — generates ongoing retail revenue between appointments.
The Combination Nobody Else Sells
Kérastase has a camera. Nioxin has products. Nobody else packages EU-regulated topicals + trichoscopy diagnostics + professional microneedling + internal supplementation + certification + territory into one system — because everyone else is selling you their back bar, not building your practice.
You Own It — No Royalties, Ever
A MedSpa franchise takes 6–8% of your revenue for as long as you operate. This is a one-time $3,900. What you earn in that chair stays in that chair.
No Build-Out, No Waiting
A MedSpa runs cash-flow negative for roughly its first six months while it builds a patient base. You already have the chair, the clients, and the trust. You're adding a service, not opening a business.

Questions Practitioners
Ask Us First
Do I need to be a trichologist to become a Treatment Center?
No. Licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, barbers, salon owners, and MedSpa operators all qualify. The 3-Day Intensive Dermotricology Masterclass and your certification are included in the Launch Program — we train you on the protocols, the Kapykon, and the consultation framework from the ground up.
What exactly do I pay, and what's actually free?
You pay $3,900 total: $3,650 for the Mix & Max clinical product inventory (a $7,300 retail value) and $250 for the Kapydermia microneedling system. The $1,200 Kapykon trichoscopy camera, the $497 Masterclass and certification, your directory listing, your branded treatment menu, your territory exclusivity, and ongoing clinical support with Marlen Arita are all included at no additional cost — $9,247 in total value.
How fast does the investment pay back?
Our active centers charge $75–$150 per Kapykon scalp analysis session, before any product or treatment is sold. At $150 per session, the camera alone breaks even in 10–20 consultations. At roughly 4 scalp consultations per week, the full $3,900 typically pays back in 3–7 weeks. Individual results vary by market and practice.
What does "geographic exclusivity" actually mean?
Your territory is reserved when you enroll, and your center is listed exclusively for your area on our authorized center directory. Unlike Nioxin — which any beauty supply distributor can sell to any salon on your street — a Kapyderm certified center is not competing with three other Kapyderm centers in the same market.
How long until I can see my first client?
Most centers are booking their first Kapykon consultation within 2–3 weeks of enrollment. Training is remote and done on your schedule, so you're not closing your business to onboard.
Can I start smaller before committing to $3,900?
Yes. Tier 01 — Free Professional Signup — costs nothing and gives you wholesale pricing on the full product line with no minimum order and no contract. Most professionals who start there upgrade within 30–60 days, once clients begin asking whether they can get the treatment done in-center.
Is Kapyderm a medical or pharmaceutical treatment?
No. Kapyderm is a professional cosmetic system built on EU-regulated, plant-based formulas — no minoxidil, no steroids, no prescriptions. Dermotricology is a cosmetic clinical discipline focused on the health and appearance of hair, scalp, and skin. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Who do I actually talk to on the discovery call?
Dennis Aguilar, Operations Manager for Kapyderm USA. It's a 20-minute conversation with no commitment — we'll go through your practice, your market, and the full program. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you honestly. Once you're a certified center, you also get direct clinical support from Marlen Arita, Master in Dermotricology, for protocols and complex cases.
20 Minutes.
That's all it takes to know if this is right for your practice. We'll walk you through the full program, answer every question, and tell you honestly whether your market and practice type are the right fit. No commitment required.
