Wash your color-treated hair without washing out your color.
A color-gentle cleansing base for color-treated hair.
Coloured Hair Wash cleans gently while conditioning agents coat the fiber — helping your hair hold its tone and shine, and look richer and more vibrant between salon visits.
"Color clients spend a lot to get the tone right, then wash it down the drain. This is the gentle, conditioning wash I send them home with so the color they paid for actually lasts."
Color doesn't just fade in the sun — it fades in the shower, a little more with every wash.
Coloured Hair Wash is the cleansing base from Kapyderm's Dermocosmetic line, made for color-treated hair and gentle enough for regular use. As it cleanses, a conditioning system of cationic polymers, a smoothing silicone, and hydrolyzed collagen coats the hair's surface — smoothing the cuticle so hair looks shinier, holds its tone, and feels stronger and more manageable, while lactic acid keeps the formula at a mildly acidic pH of around 5.
Why color fades — and what actually helps
When hair is colored, pigment is deposited inside the fiber. Every wash gives some of it a way back out, and harsh cleansing speeds that up. Two things slow it down: cleansing gently, and leaving conditioning agents on the fiber that coat the cuticle and help hold pigment in. This wash leans on that second part — cationic conditioners and a smoothing silicone that cling to the hair, so your color reads richer and glossier for longer between washes.
Inside the formula
Polyquaternium-7 & -22
Film-forming conditioners that coat the fiber, add slip and softness, and help hair hold its tone and shine between washes.
Dimethicone Copolyol
Leaves a sleek, glossy micro-finish on the hair surface that catches the light and boosts shine.
Hydrolyzed Collagen
Coats and smooths the cuticle, helping color-treated hair feel stronger, softer, and more elastic.
Cocamidopropyl Betaine
A mild co-surfactant that helps build a soft, low-stripping lather for everyday washing.
Lactic Acid
Keeps the formula at a mildly acidic pH of around 5 — gentler on a color-treated cuticle.

What is Coloured Hair Wash?
It's a gentle cleansing base from Kapyderm's Dermocosmetic line, made for color-treated hair. It cleans while conditioning agents coat the fiber, helping hair hold its tone and shine and look vibrant between washes.
How does it help with color?
Color fades faster with harsh washing. This wash is gentle and leaves conditioning agents — cationic polymers and a silicone — on the hair that coat the cuticle and help hold pigment in, so color reads richer and glossier for longer. Cooler water and fewer washes help too.
How do I use it?
Wet the hair, work a small amount through to a light lather, massage gently over the scalp and lengths, then rinse thoroughly. Gentle enough for regular use.
What does the hydrolyzed collagen do?
It coats the surface of the hair and settles into the cuticle, helping color-treated hair feel stronger, softer, and more elastic. It's a cosmetic conditioning effect at the surface, not a biological change to the strand.
Does it contain parabens or sulfates?
It's paraben-free. It is not sulfate-free — the cleansing system uses TEA-lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate.
How should I store it / how long after opening?
Period after opening is 12 months. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
