This is a one-time payment. There is no ongoing commitment required to remain an Authorized Treatment Center.
Once certified, your business is listed as a Kapyderm USA Authorized Treatment Center & Retailer, eligible to perform 21+ specialized clinical treatments in-house and retail Kapyderm's professional home-care lines directly to your clients.
Eligible for licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, trichologists, and dermatologists.

Squarespace product images: use the Kapykon camera and/or a clean product-line flat-lay if you have one — avoid stock photos here, this needs to look like real equipment a buyer is actually getting.
"24 business hours" — I pulled that number from your earlier draft. Confirm that's still accurate before it goes live, since once this is a real checkout flow, it's a stated commitment, not just blog copy.
Fulfillment setting: since this isn't a shippable physical product in the traditional sense (it triggers a process, not a box arriving), set it up as a Squarespace Service or Digital Product type rather than physical inventory, so it doesn't ask you to manage stock/shipping on something that's really an onboarding trigger.
Confirmation email: worth writing a short auto-confirmation ("Thanks — our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule onboarding") so a buyer at 11pm isn't left wondering if the purchase even went through.
