Athlete's foot (tinea pedis) is caused by a fungus, it's contagious, and the medical treatment for it is an antifungal medicine (like the terbinafine, clotrimazole or miconazole creams available over the counter). The purifying wash — built around sulfur and burdock root, it deeply cleanses the feet, clears away scaling and surface buildup, and refreshes the skin without stripping it. Wash thoroughly, paying close attention to the spaces between the toes, then dry the feet completely with a clean towel — the drying is as important as the washing.

Fungi-Activ Topical · AM & PM · on affected areas
A clarifying botanical complex — rosemary, Fucus (seaweed), salicylic acid and urea — applied to the affected, peeling or scaling zones. It clarifies and purifies fungal-prone skin at the surface. You'll feel a warming, then cooling sensation (it contains Methyl Nicotinate and menthol); that's normal. Do not apply it to cracked, raw or broken skin — and because athlete's foot often cracks the skin, this matters here.

The rebalancing step — Enzyme Balance (Equilibrante Enzimático) is a pH stabilizer that returns the skin to its healthy, balanced state after washing and treatment. A balanced skin surface is a less hospitable environment for the imbalance that fungal-prone skin struggles with, and it leaves the feet feeling calm and comfortable rather than tight or raw.

When should I see a doctor?
See a healthcare professional if you have diabetes and any foot problem, if there's spreading redness, swelling, pus or fever, if the skin is badly cracked or painful, or if it doesn't clearly improve within about two weeks of proper antifungal use. Untreated athlete's foot can lead to more serious infections, so don't wait it out if it's getting worse.
Why can't I put Fungi-Activ on cracked skin?
Fungi-Activ contains ingredients that produce a warming sensation and can sting or irritate broken skin. Since athlete's foot often cracks the skin, apply it only to intact affected areas — and if your skin is raw or cracked, stick to the gentle wash, thorough drying, Enzyme Balance and Revital, and ask your specialist or doctor first.
How important is drying my feet?
Very. The fungus thrives in warmth and moisture, so drying thoroughly — especially between the toes — after every wash is one of the most effective things you can do. Change damp socks, let shoes air out, and keep feet dry through the day.
Should anyone avoid the supplement?
