Read this before you buy.
This system is not fragrance-free. All three topical products contain fragrance. Special K Cream also contains pollen extract, along with limonene, linalool, citral and camphor.
We're telling you this first, before the buy button, because you're the person who gets stinging and burning from products that promised to be gentle. You deserve to make this decision with the real information — not find out on your face.
If you have known fragrance allergies or contact sensitivities, this may not be the right system for you. Every ingredient is listed in full further down this page. Read them. Patch-test on a small area for several days before applying anything more widely. If something stings rather than soothes, stop.
Built for Skin That
Stopped Cooperating
If your skin does any of these, you already know the problem isn't that you haven't found the right cream yet:
- Stings, burns, or reddens after using products that promised to be gentle
- Flushes, or shows visible capillaries and couperose
- Feels tight or dry even right after moisturizing
- Reacts to weather changes, stress, or hormonal shifts
- Has a compromised barrier from over-exfoliation, harsh actives, or prior irritation
This is a five-part routine for skin whose barrier has stopped doing its job: three topicals to cleanse gently, comfort the surface, and seal the barrier — plus two internal supplements supporting the nutritional foundation underneath.
5 Components
3 Topical · 2 Internal
Normalizing Base Cleanser
A gentle clarifying cleanser that removes impurities and makeup without stripping. Built around gentle cleansing agents, hydrolyzed collagen, and lactic acid holding pH at the skin's natural 5.0 — so the acid mantle stays intact. No scrubbing, no mechanical irritation.
Oil K1
A botanical oil blend — wheat germ, sunflower and rosehip oils with rosemary and fenugreek. For skin that feels dry, tight, sensitive or depleted. Restores softness and suppleness while calming how the skin feels, and absorbs without a heavy greasy residue.
Special K Cream
The barrier cream. Hydrolyzed collagen for suppleness, squalane — a skin-identical lipid — for deep hydration without greasiness, and three concentrated oil unsaponifiables (olive, soy, avocado) delivering the phytosterol and tocopherol fractions of those plant oils. Witch hazel and bisabolol for immediate comfort. Seals in everything applied before it.
Revital
Two of nature's richest sources of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) — Evening Primrose Oil (500 mg, providing 50 mg GLA) and Borage Oil (500 mg, providing 100 mg GLA) — with natural Vitamin E. GLA is an essential omega-6 fatty acid your body cannot produce on its own, and your skin uses it as a building block for its natural barrier, softness and hydration. 150 mg GLA per daily dose. Natural Vitamin E (111% NRV) contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Shock Ecológico
Three of the most nutrient-dense greens in nature in one daily dose — organic Spirulina (505 mg), organic Chlorella (333.3 mg) and organic Moringa (166.65 mg). Spirulina and chlorella are algae valued for their protein, chlorophyll and antioxidant content; moringa is naturally rich in vitamins A, C and E. Two tablets daily with water, about half an hour before lunch.

The Surface and
the Foundation
Topical lipids work at the skin's surface — that's where a cream can reach, and that's a real and useful thing to do.
But your skin doesn't exist in isolation from the rest of you. The scientific literature on reactive and compromised skin consistently identifies nutritional status as relevant to skin health. That's why this system pairs three topicals with two internal supplements — GLA as a barrier building block, and certified-organic green nutrition — rather than pretending the surface is the whole story.
CeraVe and La Roche-Posay are excellent topical options, well-evidenced and widely recommended. This system adds a botanical oil step and internal nutritional support on top of that foundation. It's a broader routine, not a replacement for what your dermatologist recommends.
Morning and Night
Every day
- Morning Cleanse → Oil K1 → Special K Cream
- With lunch 2 Revital capsules
- Before lunch 2 Shock Ecológico tablets
- Evening Cleanse → Oil K1 → Special K Cream
Start slowly. Introduce one product at a time over several days rather than all at once — that way, if something doesn't agree with your skin, you'll know which one it was.
Before You Start
Is this fragrance-free?
No. All three topical products contain fragrance. Oil K1 has fragrance as its third ingredient plus lemon peel oil. Special K Cream contains fragrance components including limonene, linalool, citral and camphor, plus pollen extract. If you have a known fragrance allergy, this system is probably not right for you — and we'd rather say so plainly than have you find out after you've bought it.
My skin reacts to almost everything. Is this suitable?
Read the full ingredient lists below before deciding — genuinely, read them. If you have known contact allergies to fragrance components, pollen, soy, or citrus oils, this system contains things that may trigger you. If you don't, patch-test each product on a small area for several days before wider use, and introduce them one at a time. Stop anything that stings rather than soothes.
How is this different from CeraVe or La Roche-Posay?
Those are excellent topical-only options — well-evidenced and widely recommended by dermatologists. This system pairs topical barrier support with internal nutritional supplementation (Revital's GLA and Shock Ecológico's organic greens). It's a broader routine, not a replacement for your dermatologist's recommendations. If a simple fragrance-free ceramide cream works for your skin, keep using it.
Can I use this alongside my dermatologist's plan for rosacea or eczema?
That's a question for your dermatologist — please ask them before adding anything, including the Revital and Shock Ecológico supplements, to your plan. This is a plant-based cosmetic and supplement system with no pharmaceutical compounds, but your doctor knows your history and your medications.
How long until I notice a difference?
Individual results vary significantly, depending on your skin, the severity, consistency of use, and factors specific to you. Take baseline photos before you start and track your own experience. If your skin worsens or doesn't respond as expected, consult a dermatologist.
Should anyone avoid the supplements?
Take Revital at 2 capsules daily with a meal and Shock Ecológico at 2 tablets daily — don't exceed those doses. Food supplements aren't a substitute for a balanced diet. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing any health condition, talk to your doctor before starting either.
