The sebum-balancing step — supports overactive sebaceous glands, refines pores and improves texture, applied wherever acne is present. Without sebum regulation, the low-oxygen follicle environment that drives C. acnes is continuously recreated regardless of what's applied on top.

Topically: pierce the pearl and apply the oil — lightweight, non-comedogenic hydration that supports the barrier without clogging pores. Acne-prone skin still needs moisture; over-drying triggers compensatory sebum. Internally: taken by mouth nightly for high-density nutritional support, aiding overnight recovery.

Five traditional botanicals led by Green Nettle — the largest ingredient in every dose at 689.5 mg — with dandelion, boldo, fumitory and peppermint. Nettle is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Two tablets in the morning, two later in the day. Addresses the systemic side of acne no topical product can reach. Name change: dePure is becoming Kapydetox; the formula does not change.
Clinical noteA May 2026 review in Applied Sciences concluded microbiome-targeted interventions influence acne through IGF-1 and mTORC1 signaling; a randomized controlled trial found an oral intervention reduced IGF-1 gene expression by 32% in acne-affected skin. Is anything customized, or is the kit fixed?

Why does Fungi-Activ make my skin feel warm?
A warm or tingling sensation where it's applied is normal. If it feels uncomfortable rather than warm, use less or speak to your specialist. Don't apply it to broken skin.
Can I use this alongside prescription treatments?
Yes — it's compatible with most prescription acne treatments. Continue your prescription as directed by your dermatologist. Many people use this system to extend results or to transition off antibiotics, always with their doctor's guidance.
Isn't it called Fungi-Activ? Does it treat fungus?
Fungi-Activ is a clarifying botanical tonic, relevant to fungal (Malassezia) presentations at the skin surface. It is not a substitute for prescription antifungal medication where that's medically required — see a doctor if a fungal infection is suspected.
Should anyone avoid the supplements?
Kapydetox is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone with kidney, liver or heart conditions, or an allergy to any component. Always tell your doctor what you're taking.
Is this safe to use without a diagnosed condition?
