Let's finish the argument honestly.
Psoriasis is driven by the IL-23/IL-17 cytokine axis — a self-perpetuating autoimmune loop that runs between visible flares, even when your skin looks clear. Topical treatment addresses the surface. The upstream loop keeps running. That's a mechanism mismatch, not a product failure.
Nothing in this system reaches that loop. No cosmetic does. No supplement does. Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition and there is no cure at the topical or supplement level — not here, not anywhere.
What this seven-part system offers is support for the skin surface and the barrier while you live with it. Cleansing, botanical care, barrier support, internal nutritional support. Without coal tar. Without corticosteroids. Without a prescription.
Psoriasis deserves real medical care. Work with a dermatologist — and use this alongside their advice, not instead of it.
Body or Scalp?
We have two psoriasis protocols — because the environment is different, not because the mechanism is different. Buy the one that matches where your psoriasis actually is.
Body — elbows, knees, torso, lower back
Non-hair-bearing skin. The barriers are plaque buildup and compromised barrier integrity. This protocol uses the Normalizing Base Cleanser, built for skin surfaces, and Oil K1.
7 components · $322.91
Scalp
Adds a hair barrier to the problem — which is why that protocol includes the Dandruff Hair Wash, the Dry Scalp Wash and Ampoule N to reach the scalp through hair.
10 components · $424.89
Scalp Psoriasis Care System →Both protocols share KS115, Oil K1, Special K Cream, Kapydetox and Revital — because the driver is the same. If you have both scalp and body psoriasis, talk to a certified center before buying two kits.
An Honest Look at
Every Option
| Option | What it does | The trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Coal tar | Slows cell turnover at the surface. Single mechanism, no internal component. | Strong odor, potential staining of light hair, and documented potential carcinogenic risk with long-term use. |
| Topical corticosteroids clobetasol, triamcinolone |
Suppress surface inflammation fast and effectively — while applied. They genuinely work. | HPA axis suppression risk with long-term use, skin thinning, and a documented rebound flare on stopping. The IL-23/IL-17 loop keeps running. |
| Biologics Skyrizi, Taltz, Cosentyx |
Block the IL-17 or IL-23 pathway directly — the most mechanistically complete pharmaceutical intervention available. A real treatment for severe disease. | $25,000+ annually, injection, prescription and specialist access required. Warnings and precautions including serious infections and TB screening. Most people with mild-to-moderate disease will never access them. |
| This system | Supports the skin surface, the barrier, and internal nutrition. No prescription, no steroids, no coal tar. | It does not touch the IL-23/IL-17 loop. It's a cosmetic and nutritional routine, not a treatment for the disease. |
If you have severe plaque psoriasis, biologics are a genuinely effective option and worth a conversation with a dermatologist. We'd rather you have that conversation than not.
7 Components
5 Topical · 2 Internal
Normalizing Base Cleanser
A clarifying cleanser built for compromised skin — lifts surface scale and impurities without stripping. Gentle cleansing agents, hydrolyzed collagen, and lactic acid holding pH at the skin's natural 5.0, so the acid mantle stays intact.
KS115 Tonic
The step everything else depends on. A clarifying leave-on tonic — willow bark, birch bark and leaf, cade juniper wood oil, sulfur, salicylic acid and glycerin. Eight ingredients, each purposeful. It helps soften and lift thick surface buildup so what you apply after it reaches the skin instead of sitting on the scale. No warming response — no Methyl Nicotinate in it.
Oil K1
A botanical oil blend — wheat germ, sunflower and rosehip oils with rosemary and fenugreek. For skin that feels dry, tight and depleted, which is what plaque-prone skin usually is. Restores softness and suppleness and calms how the skin feels. Absorbs without a heavy greasy residue. No Methyl Nicotinate — no warming.
Special K Cream
The barrier cream. Hydrolyzed collagen for suppleness, squalane — a skin-identical lipid — for deep hydration without greasiness, and three concentrated oil unsaponifiables (olive, soy, avocado) delivering the phytosterol and tocopherol fractions of those plant oils. Witch hazel and bisabolol for comfort. Seals in everything applied before it.
Fungi Activ
A clarifying, refreshing tonic built around rosemary and fucus (bladderwrack seaweed), with PEG-6 Undecylenate, salicylic acid, urea, potassium iodide and a cooling menthol finish. Applied daily to previously affected areas as the Phase 2 transition step.
Kapydetox (formerly dePure)
Five traditional botanicals led by Green Nettle — the largest ingredient in every dose at 689.5 mg — with dandelion, boldo, fumitory and peppermint. Nettle is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Two tablets in the morning, two in the afternoon.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for those with kidney, liver or heart conditions, or allergy to any component.

Revital
Two of nature's richest sources of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) — Evening Primrose Oil (500 mg, providing 50 mg GLA) and Borage Oil (500 mg, providing 100 mg GLA) — with natural Vitamin E. GLA is an essential omega-6 fatty acid your body cannot produce on its own, and your skin uses it as a building block for its natural barrier. 150 mg GLA per daily dose. Natural Vitamin E (111% NRV) contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Built With These
People in Mind
- People with mild to moderate plaque psoriasis on the body — elbows, knees, lower back, torso, or other non-scalp skin
- People who have found coal tar or OTC options insufficient or intolerable
- People who want to support their skin and their internal nutrition alongside whatever their dermatologist has recommended
- People using biologics or other systemic treatments who want a complementary topical routine to use alongside their prescribed care — in consultation with their physician
- People with darker skin tones, where psoriasis presents as purple, violet or dark brown patches rather than red — the system supports the skin regardless of how it presents visually
Before You Start
Will psoriasis come back after the protocol?
Yes, most likely. Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition — there is no cure at the topical or supplement level, and anyone telling you otherwise isn't being straight with you. Phase 2 exists to support the skin environment on an ongoing basis. Managing your known personal triggers — stress, alcohol, vitamin D status, certain medications, harsh products — alongside the routine matters at least as much as the routine does.
How does this compare to the Scalp Psoriasis system?
Same driver, different environment. This protocol uses the Normalizing Base Cleanser and Oil K1, built for skin surfaces. The scalp protocol ($424.89, 10 components) adds the Dandruff Hair Wash, Dry Scalp Wash and Ampoule N to reach the scalp through hair. If you have both, talk to a certified center before buying two kits.
Can I use this alongside my prescription treatment?
That's a question for your prescribing physician — please ask them before adding anything, including the Kapydetox and Revital supplements, to your treatment plan. This is a plant-based cosmetic and supplement system with no pharmaceutical compounds, but your doctor knows your history and your medications. Never stop or reduce a prescribed treatment on your own — corticosteroid withdrawal in psoriasis can cause a serious rebound flare.
How long is Phase 1?
It depends entirely on you — how heavy the buildup is, how long it's been there, and how consistent you are. You move to Phase 2 when your skin tells you it's ready, not on a calendar.
Is everything plant-based?
The formulas are plant-based and EU-regulated, with exceptions worth naming honestly: Fungi Activ contains Methyl Nicotinate and Diethyl Phthalate, both synthetic, and KS115 and Fungi Activ both lead with denatured alcohol. Oil K1 is genuinely botanical. We'd rather tell you than have you find it on an ingredient list.
Should anyone avoid parts of this?
Kapydetox is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone with kidney, liver or heart conditions, or an allergy to any component. Special K Cream contains soy and pollen extract. Don't apply the leave-on tonics to broken or fissured plaques. Always tell your doctor what you're using.
Every Ingredient
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose: Kapydetox 4 tablets daily, Revital 2 capsules daily. Kapydetox is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for those with kidney, liver or heart conditions, or allergy to any component.
