Ampoule DT is a concentrated single-dose leave-in ampoule from Kapyderm's professional Dermotricology line. Its active complex delivers hydrolyzed keratin for structural hair fiber support, sodium hyaluronate for scalp hydration at the tissue level, Calcium Pantothenate (B5) and Pyridoxine HCl (B6) for follicle nutrition, and a five-botanical complex — cinchona bark, burdock, rosemary, yarrow and coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara). Methyl Nicotinate drives the full blend into the scalp via microvascular activation.

Ampoule DT and Ampoule KD share the same core active complex — hydrolyzed keratin, sodium hyaluronate, B-vitamins, cinchona bark, and the botanical blend. Both contain Methyl Nicotinate to drive the active complex into the scalp tissue. Inside the formula
Hydrolyzed Keratin
The structural protein of the hair shaft — delivered in hydrolyzed form directly to the scalp. Supports hair fiber integrity and the structural resilience of weakened or compromised hair.
Sodium Hyaluronate
The sodium salt of hyaluronic acid — maintains scalp hydration at the tissue level, supporting the perifollicular environment that healthy follicle function depends on.
Calcium Pantothenate (B5) + Pyridoxine HCl (B6)
Two B-vitamins with documented roles in hair follicle metabolism — B5 for fatty acid metabolism in the follicle; B6 for keratin protein synthesis — delivered concentrated to the scalp.
Cinchona Succirubra Bark

What is Ampoule DT?

What is the difference between DT and KD?
DT and KD share the same core active complex — hydrolyzed keratin, sodium hyaluronate, B-vitamins (B5 and B6), cinchona bark, and the botanical blend, with Methyl Nicotinate for active delivery. DT also includes coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) in its botanical complex. Both deliver equivalent nutritional and structural support — the choice is guided by client preference and Technician protocol.
What is the warming sensation?
The initial warming comes from Methyl Nicotinate — a niacin derivative that temporarily dilates scalp microvessels, confirming active penetration. This is a normal and expected response. It is not irritation. Discontinue if discomfort persists beyond the expected response.
How do I use it?
Part the hair in sections and apply the ampoule directly to the scalp. Massage gently with the fingertips. Do not rinse. A warming sensation is normal. Use as advised by your specialist or as part of your at-home protocol between center visits.
Can it be used at home or only in-center?
